From now on, all entries in the comics section after added in db will be immediately condensed into the LG repository format,
because of this the folders (comics0-comics3) are emptied,
shared only comics4 folder
corresponding entries in the editions table will be added later.
Comics folders moved to repository format
Re: Comics folders moved to repository format
Could you explain this a bit more? What is the 'LG repository format'? Will you still be able to see each days 'hitlist' in comics4?
Re: Comics folders moved to repository format
Files moved to directory as repository\(comics_id/1000)000\md5_file.file_extension
I draw your attention to the fact that most of the comics (up to ~1300,000 comics_id) much earlier have been converted to lg format
Search works the same way by filenames eg. hitlist:
https://libgen.ee/index.php?req=hitlist ... lesuns=all
in the https://booksdl.org/comics4/ folder there will be only very recent files that have not yet been added to the database and not participating in the search
Code: Select all
\comics\repository\2440000\fcc121e5a249ec6c139882c4ddb866f3.cbz
\comics\repository\2439000\6d5f9df6acd1411b7d4e344af01d1ea5.cbr
\comics\repository\2439000\9ce275c071ec76e01826eef67826d8ea.cbr

Re: Comics folders moved to repository format
Thank you for the information, unfortunately though I still don't understand the repository system (my computer skills are non-existent).
In the past i have been able to open each days hitlist when they have been added to the Comics3 and then eventually the Comics4 folder, and see what titles had been added. This meant I could see the titles of comics and manga i would never have known about otherwise, and certainly wouldn't have known to search for them individually.
The search suggestion you have provided would not have worked for this purpose, as the '07' (July) results in over 1000 titles that were uploaded from dates as far off as January of 2023. Trying 'hitlist 2023.07.05' fore example still gives titles from a range of dates such as 'Hitlist 2023.01.07', 'Hitlist 2023.05.07' and 'Hitlist 2023.07.18'. There seems to be no way of reliably searching though recent or even month specific uploads.
